Job description
MBT Dragon Tech is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Pasig team on the night shift. This is a great opportunity for BPO professionals with at least a year of experience who want a stable role with HMO coverage. You'll be the frontline voice of the company, helping customers with their concerns and ensuring a great service experience.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls or messages professionally
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products or services
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Meet performance targets such as call quality, handle time, and customer satisfaction scores
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed
Requirements
- At least 1 year of BPO or call center experience
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willing to work night shift
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Ability to work on-site in Pasig City
Nice to have
- Experience handling international accounts
- Experience with CRM or ticketing systems
